THIRD PARTIES
Service providers and external collaborations have many benefits, and also can pose additional risk. Third parties may have access to a wide range of information depending on their work and the access we share with them. Once shared, direct control of this information is lost, regardless of sensitivity. Also, because third-parties act on our behalf, we can be legally responsible for what they do. This is why we have to fully vet potential third parties to make sure they are credible, share our values and understand the rules we all have to follow.
