Current Employees

As a current VCU employee, you are the heartbeat of our community, and the Integrity and Compliance Office relies on you to help us fulfill our mission. VCU’s Ethics and Compliance Program is here to provide guidance to employees so they can do the right thing. We foster a culture of integrity and compliance by promoting our Code of Conduct and university policies, and encouraging employees to speak up.

As a current employee, you can do your part to sustain that culture of integrity and compliance by doing the following:

• Completing the annual ethics and compliance training, and all other mandatory training, in a timely manner
• Performing your job with integrity, including pausing to seek guidance when you’re not sure what to do
• Complying with regulations specific to your role and unit
• Speaking up when you have a question or concern
• Following the Duty to Report and Protection from Retaliation policy when you observe or experience misconduct
