Discrimination and harassment
To fulfill VCU’s mission of advancing knowledge and success, every member is expected to treat others with dignity and respect and refrain all types of discrimination or harassment. It is never appropriate to treat a person or group of people unfairly. Here at VCU, we have resources to assist employees and students who believe they have experienced or observed discrimination or harassment.
All reports must be made in good faith and are protected from retaliation by the Duty to Report and Protection from Retaliation policy, and state and federal whistleblower protections.
