Going beyond basic misconduct reporting statistics, the Integrity and Compliance Annual Report provides a substantive report on universitywide integrity and compliance activities. This report serves to support the Board of Visitors in fulfilling its obligation as the university’s governing authority by providing the information needed on aspects of the university’s integrity and compliance activities as required by the Federal Sentencing Guidelines and in accordance with widely accepted governance practices.
Additionally, the Annual Report assists with awareness and transparency throughout the university as related to ethics and compliance matters. We hope that the readers of this report gain awareness of VCU’s integrity and compliance activities, events, and resources.
